Residents of Broken Island and their guests are invited to enjoy the 60-acre Common Area and hiking trail. We ask that you familiarize yourself with the Common Area Guidelines (approved by the Board of the Homeowners Association on 24 April 2019). Residents may reserve the entire Common Area (for exclusive use) or sections (the picnic area, the sports field or walking trail).

For gatherings of 10 or more people, homeowners must reserve the Common Area before the gathering. Please submit a signed Waiver of Liability and Release and Reservation Form (approved by the Board of the Homeowners Association on 25 April 2017) to the homeowners association PRESIDENT.
